I loved the daily delivery of pastries and bottled water hanging on the doorknob. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom setup that catered perfectly to both my partner's and my preferences.

this modern hotel is located walking distance to a central market and a cathedral. the stuff are very-very nice and courteous, answhered every question i had. i enjoyed my room - neat and functional with balcony. its location is particularly good and excellent, walking distance to coffee store and bars. there is a good restaurant not very far from property. this is a hotel go-to for tarragona!

The property needs updating.

The position is perfect to visit the city or to go to the beach

Centrally located, lively area with great accessibility.

A giant, super-comfortable bed next to the pillows that, if they were not enough, there would be another one in the closet. A quite wide room with practically everything you can ask for, a small table where you can make a coffee or leave your laptop and even a mini fridge. Impeccable cleanliness and a great location to see all of Tarragona as it is in the heart of the city. In fact, you can even ask the girl at reception for a map with all the points of interest. I would come back without hesitation as the quality and price was not bad either.

Slightly old facilities, it's a 3 star but a bit old and I expected the satellite channels to be in the room as such. Something that is more personal as such is that the bathroom, being bigger, is a bit cold and it costs a little bit to warm up and as for the wifi, it started to go a bit tricky at night.

Great budget hotel, it offers very good breakfast and newly remodelled rooms. The location is good and magnificent, within walking distance of a bronze sculpture.

Sercotel Urbis Centre was one of the few places in Tarragona that had amazing facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, very colorful and vibrant atmosphere, air conditioning, free wireless network, 24 hour front desk service, amazing breakfast, and a great location which was about 5 minutes away from the main street La Rambla Nova, which then takes you to the old Historical Part of Tarragona, and where at the end of the street was the beach! It was really great, because also La Rambla Nova was full of shops and boutiques, and if you didn't want to have breakfast at the hotel, you could have it on the main street where there were loads of little pastry shops and restaurants. Great Location, and convenient services in total, and a highly recommended place to stay.

The only thing that was not very convenient at times was the wireless network which didn't work at all times, however, you could always disconnect and connect till it does.

great access to beautiful parks and historical sites

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it is very central to everything in Tarragona, making it so convenient to explore the charming Passeig Arqueologic and the fine Roman theatre of Tarraco, both just a short walk away.

Little distance to the main street.

I did not like the mess in the street, next to the hotel.

The Sercotel Urbis Centre offers great comfort at a low price. The staff is competent, friendly and fluent in foreign languages (French for example). Even though the hotel is in the center of town, almost in a pedestrian zone, it offers the possibility to park the car in an underground parking 100m round the block at a very decent price (15 Euro/24 hours). Great location for visiting old Tarragona!

Stains on walls and curtains could be addressed!!! An electric kettle in the room would enhance comfort!!!

Thank you for a just perfect stay, recommend it. Clean and amazing place, has wonderful views to the mountains and ocean. The room is newly decorated, and the staff is exceptional. Its location is excellent and wonderful, next to Mercat Central Market. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk away.
